1) Do I have to pay admission?
No, there is no admission fee, however a ticket will be needed to meet and get an autograph from any of the athletes in attendance.
2) Do I have to pay for parking?
No, there is plenty of FREE parking at the mall.
3) Do I need a ticket to meet the athlete?
Yes, an autograph ticket is required to meet the atheletes.
4) Can I bring my own items for them to sign?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your collectible items to have signed. TSE will also have a wide variety of items to purchase at the event and also available to purchase at a DISCOUNT through our TSE Shop web site (the same place where event tickets are sold).
5) Can I bring my own camera and take pictures with the athletes?
Yes, you may bring your own camera to take pictures of the event. However, only brief lean in pictures will be allowed during the actual Public Autograph sessions. Stand up pictures, full poses, or time constrained attempts will not be permitted.
6) How many items can I have signed with each ticket?
One item can be signed per autograph ticket.
7) Are there any refunds or exchanges?
Autograph tickets can only be refunded if the athlete doesn't make his appearance.
8) Will you have items available for purchase at the event?
Yes. Items may also be purchased in advance for a DISCOUNT on our TSE Shop web site (the same place where event tickets are sold). TSE will provide professional photos, authentic jerseys, footballs, authentic helmets, mini helmets, and other collecitbles to be signed. TSE will also have a variety of authentic STEELERS Memorabilia items available for purchase during the entire weekend.
Signing With The Stars 2 will open with the mall at 10am on June 23rd, 2012. Our Sales Booth and Public Autograph area will be located at Center Court. Athlete Appearances will begin at 1pm. 10) Are Advanced Sale Tickets available, and if so, for how long?
Yes, and they are STRONGLY encouraged. We expect this event to sell out and it’s recommend that fans buy tickets and products to be autographed in advance and as soon as possible. This will also make your ticket and product PICK UP much easier at the mall.

12) How were Ticket Prices determined?
We went to great lengths to ensure we priced tickets to cover the cost of the show itself as well as associated risks. Also consider that this is the biggest signing show to ever hit the Charlotte market and our set ticket prices are still well below average.
